A MODEST PROPOSAL FOR THE AMERICAN CHURCH IN 2010

A MODEST PROPOSAL FOR THE PROMOTION OF PERSONAL EVANGELISM IN AMERICA, THUS RELIEVING THE BURDEN OF EXTREME GUILT FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN DISOBEDIENT TO CHRIST’S COMMAND TO GO INTO ALL THE WORLD AND PREACH THE GOOD NEWS TO ALL CREATION.

It is a melancholy object to those who walk through this great town or travel throughout the country, when they see in the streets, the roads, the bars, the movie complexes, stadiums and parks, all the lost for whom there is no hope, nor glimmer of smile from the weary and heavy-laden.

My Great Evangelism Adventure, Part 1

Last year about this time I attempted to write out “my evangelism testimony,” but lost interest and gave up. I’m going to attempt to do this again for two reasons:

  1. So you will get an idea of how God can truly use anybody.
  2. I want to get this written down before all the details get too fuzzy and I start exaggerating too much.

Mostly these postings will be for me so I won’t forget about how God strung together a whole series of events to get me passionate for the lost.

On January 1, 2004, I made a commitment to share my faith everyday after hearing a New Year’s weekend message from my Pastor, Zac Nazarian.
