GUATEMALA—At least four people died and about 20 were missing when a mountain of trash collapsed on people foraging in it, emergency workers said.
Heavy rain forced hundreds of police officers and bystanders to call off the search for the missing under an avalanche of old tires, broken glass, rotting food and human remains.
