    Why come up with new ones when the old ones work so well…

    Maybe it’s because they weren’t created in the image of a creative God so that makes it harder to create new falsehoods…

    I wonder what drives a militant atheist anyway? All that time, money and effort spent against Christians – arguing, attacking, blogging, signs, shouting down preachers, atheist conferences, debates, websites, etc., etc.

    All that and then NOTHING after they die? To what end? What will be their legacy after they buried in the ground?

    Man, if I were an atheist, I wouldn’t waste 2 seconds of my life arguing with Christians. “Let them be” is all I would say. Then I would live my life doing what I want, MY way and party my brains out doing the most immoral and selfish of things on a constant basis. “Eat, drink and be merry!” would be my life’s motto.

    And why not since I would not believe in having to pay consequences in a place called “Hell”? Just faaade to black….

    All arguments have been recycled. The debate has been raging for over two thousand years. Atheists won a LONG time ago. However, theists have an astongishing tendancy to ignore that.

    Theists have an astonishing tendency to ignore that atheists won the debate a long time ago? What debate? That God does or does not exist? I don’t mena to “recycle” but, if so, WHEN did atheists win and with WHAT kind of proving argument?

    I’ve only gone down to watch Ray and the others preach at Huntington Beach a few times, but each time I have, that same guy in the pic was there. Although I have no idea what the guy was saying (I’m deaf), I could see how wicked his behavior was.

    The first time I was there, it seemed as if he and another atheist buddy were giving out nothing but insults (going by their body language) and they were acting gay. Not gay in the sense of “That’s so gay” but homosexually.

    For people trying to disprove the existence of God, they sure go about it in a strange way…

    Well, the reason atheists do it is;
    1) Other peoples opinions matter. We don’t live in a dictator ship.
    2) Spreading the truth is important.

    Also, it is true we don’t get anything after we die. And you know what? I’m fine with that. However we DO leave behind this world to our children… I’d rather not have it be a bombed out waste land.

    Well, 2500 years ago the Greeks invented a system that went to be known as logic. It has been used (repeatedly) to disprove all the differant God ideas.

    Seriously- take a look at every single theist argument. They have ALL been refuted. Every last one.

    I can’t comment on Eric, but it could simply be they were pissed. Being told you will burn for eternity because you don’t fit in could cause an increase in the whole confrontational thing.

    Well Samuel, the following was written two thousand years ago. It’s found in a book called the Bible. It’s God’s inspired word:

    ” For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. For it is writtten:

    ‘I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate.’

    Where is the wise man? Where is the scholar? Where is the philosopher of this age?…

    …For the foolshness of God is wiser than man’s wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man’s strength.”
    (1 Corintians 1:18-26)

    Nothing of God has ever been disproved in all history. God always was, alway is and ever will be. Man’s logic could never make Him disappear!

    Unless you come to recieve the free gift of forgiveness and salvation kindly offered to you by God, you will be judged accordingly by Him when you meet Him face to face.

    Your”logic” won’t save you.
