Sudden Death: Walmart

The Black Friday shopping weekend apparently took a tragic turn early Sunday morning when an alleged shoplifter died while being apprehended by employees and a contract security officer outside a Lithonia Walmart.

Two associates who helped catch and subdue the suspect before police arrived have been placed on leave; the security officer who police say may have placed the suspected thief in a choke hold, is no longer working for Walmart. Read the rest and see the video here.

Personally I feel it is a case of manhandling which can be filed against Walmart management. When the coroner finalized his/her findings it would be up to the DA to twarrant a suit against the culprits in Walmart even if they were fired. Indeed, stealing an item(s) from a supermart is unjustified by death and the US law must hold its justice

    THIS SAYS IT ALL!

I’m sick and tired of Walmart getting bashed for being an honest company that makes a profit (I know… they sell Chinese merchandise), that gives people a chance to work (if they don’t like minimum wage, they can find employment elsewhere!) and has taken (to their credit) advantage of the free enterprise system!
If I open a donut shop across from Winchell’s and put them out of business it’s probably because I have a better product and offer it for less money!

While at the same time they openly discriminate women and minorities from moving up in the company. This, as you are well aware of, is highly illegal.
