My life is changing as is my walk with God, therefore this blog will be changing as well. But I will still be writing…not only about evangelism on occasion, but on a whole variety of topics that relate to my encountering God in a new, fresh way.

As you know by now, I’m moving to Texas to plant a church. (Read about the whole adventure here.) My wife, two girls and all our animals left this morning for Dripping Springs by plane where I will join them in the next few weeks.

I had my last walk with Karen by the L.A. River this morning.

I will be saying my goodbyes to my church family and all the leaders I was responsible for in the next few weeks, too.

I’ have been here at Hope Chapel for twenty-three years; it’s the only church I know. I got saved here, met my wife here, got hired as a pastor here, and dedicated my children to the Lord here.

I love my church family.

Yes, my life is changing. And since it’s changing, so will the name of this blog, along with its focus.

The new name? “Not By Sight.”
