(Almost) Sudden Death: Street Fair!

35 people were injured, including two police officers, when a woman plowed her car through several blocks of a street festival in Washington, D.C.

The driver, Tanya Bell, had a young child in the car with her as police gave chase on motorcycles. Seven people suffered major injuries, including two young children under three. The car “looked like a bolt of lightning” as it tore through the fair, one witness said.
