REALLY? IS THERE ANYTHING BETTER THAT YOU HAVE APART FROM JESUS?

Nope. Jesus is better than ice cream.

“Lord, you alone are my portion and my cup; you make my lot secure.” (Psalms 16:5)

He gives us confidence to face each day. We are secure in him.

“The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; (Psalms 16:6)

Seriously. If He was all we had left in the world—if our homes, careers and children were taken away, would you curse God and die?

We wouldn’t be happy. We’d certainly be bummed and P. O.’d for awhile, but ultimately, we’d still have the best good thing.

“…surely I have a delightful inheritance.” (Psalms 16:6)

And then we Heaven.

Just a few more years, Lord. Help us to trust in you.
