I cried.

I was reminded of what one man can do.

While watching the film “Amazing Grace,” I was also reminded that all movies aren’t mindless entertainment, but some are vehicles for inspiration and hope.
William Wilberforce finds God (or as he puts it, God found him), and he leads England to abolish slavery in the 18th century. I wonder who first told him about Jesus?

Wilberforce’s inspiration was the former slave-trader John Newton who found Christ, renounced the slave trade, and then wrote the famous hymn. I wonder who first told him about Christ?

I found myself praising God while watching this film about courage, convictions, and conscience.

And was reminded once again of what one man can do, what one man can do with God…

…after he hears of the Savior from just one man.
