A man skating on Donner Lake apparently drowned after falling through the ice, police said. Witnesses said the man fell through a hole in the ice about 100 yards from the Sierra Nevada lake’s north shore. But a search by divers from the Truckee police and fire departments failed to find a body, Police Lt.
