A 30-year-old man died from injuries sustained during a skateboarding accident in Torrance on Saturday, June 7.
Teppai Nakano was riding a skateboard when he lost control and fell. He hit his head on the street and sustained critical injuries. Nakano died later that day during surgery at County-Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. —The Daily Breeze, 6/10/08
