Free Downloads: Happy Holidays & Feliz Navidad Tracts!

It’s tradition! A re-post of our ever-popular Holiday tracts!

Just in time for the Season: The New and Improved Happy Holidays Tract! It’s seemingly innocuous and politically correct—until you read what’s on the inside.

We just printed over 10,000 of them at my church, Hope Chapel. We put them in the foyer in packs of ten for the whole congregation to pass out. (Click here for an older version of this tract.)

***WE ALSO HAVE A “FELIZ NAVIDAD!” TRACT FOR OUR SPANISH SPEAKING FRIENDS. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE TRACTS!***

Download them for free then take them to a print shop and print them on green paper with red ink. There is blank space on the inside for you to stamp your own church name. Download it by clicking here. To see what else the tract says…

You can read the text of the message here. (This is what they read when they open up the first fold of the tract)

(This what they read when they open the second fold: The Law and Gospel!)

Technically, Yule’s the reason for the season. Without it, you might have been celebrating Christmas in summer or who knows when.

Without it, you might have been celebrating Christmas in summer or who knows when.

I think the Feast of the Annunciation (March 25) was on the calendars before Christmas. The date of the birth of Jesus would have to be about 9 months after that.

However, from what I’ve read Christmas started off as a minor holy day – not just minor compared to Easter and the Annunciation, but minor even within the set of holy days that were celebrated at the end of December and beginning of January.

Technically, Yule’s the reason for the season.

Agree. While the birth of Jesus would have to be in December, Christmas grew in importance when it started taking on the Yule traditions.

This is a good tract! I will have to look into have these made some time. As of right now each year for the past three to four years I have been using the “Christmas Cash” from Custom Tract Source. Thanks Pastor Steve for making these available! God bless and Merry Christmas!!!

You know, it’s odd. I hardly see how you’re “keeping the Christmas spirit in your heart” by saying “Merry Christmas! You’re going to hell, because you don’t believe in our specific flavor of Christianity.

For example, let’s look at that last question on your quiz (incidentally, that was the only one I couldn’t honestly answer “Yes” to).

Since neither Exodus or Deuteronomy have nice bullet-point lists (despite the usual picture of the tablets), different religions split it differently. Let’s look at the three major points that begin the customary list (cut for brevity):
    1. I am the Lord your God
    2. You shall have no other gods before me
    3. You shall not make an idol

Now, if you were Jewish, point 1 is the First Commandment, and 2 and 3 make up the Second. Catholics and Lutherans lump all three together into the First, and the Orthodox religions take 1 and 2 as the First, and 3 as the Second. Whereas you, like most Protestants, pretty much ignore point 1, make point 2 the First Commandment, and point 3 becomes the Second.

And I’ll assume that you believe that a devout Catholic, doing everything he’s supposed to (and, incidentally, slightly bemused that you have such a heavily-edited First Commandment) will be roasting in hell, as far as you’re concerned?

Thanks Pastor Steve for the free download. I’ve printed and handed out many of your other tract, “Will your good out way your bad tract” and they were always well received.

Question, is there any way I can add church name with a map to the back before being printed?

    Thanks!

Steve, my hope is you and your family have a wonderful Christmas! May the one true God, living and true continue to bless you and your family!

Peace and grace to you, brother!
