Evangelism Excursion: Long Beach MLK Jr. Parade

Evangelism Memory Verse::

If we claim to be without sin, we deceive ourselves
and the truth is not in us.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us
our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
(1 John 1:8-9)

This Saturday, we will be going to the Long Beach Martin Luther King Jr. Parade to preach the Gospel and reach people with Gospel tracts. See details below the video.

This video shows what happened when I attempted to get tracts into the hands of shouting gay celebrants at last year’s Los Angeles MLK Jr. Parade.

Details: Meet at Hope Chapel at 8:30AM to carpool or meet us down there at approx. 9:30AM. Here’s the parade route if you’d like to meet us: The parade will begin at 10:30 a.m. on Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue at Anaheim Street in Long Beach. It will head north on Martin Luther King, turn east on 19th Street, and turn north on Lemon Avenue. Leave a comment if you’d like to know where to meet us.

    To any closeted LGBT folks out there:

    There is nothing wrong with your sexuality, any shame you feel is just a cultural thing, you can let it go and be loved for who you are.

      Yes, but you will not be in obedience to God’s Word, and, if you remain unrepentant, you will face God’s justice. I love you all enough to tall you this. I’m not angry with you at all, just concerned that you know the truth. Thanks! 🙂
