Death Takes a Holiday

The National Center for Health Statistics reported that 49,945 fewer Americans died in 2004 than in 2003, a dramatic 2% drop. The decline was the largest since at least World War 2 and the first since a drop of 445 in 1997. “We were surprised by the sharpness of the decrease,” Arialdi Minino said. “It’s kind of historical.” -World Magazine, April 29, 2006

True–I was actually pointing to the even older phrase, typically used to console those left behind when someone dies before their time.

I believe that God has the plan for all. A revival is in the works. God needs all 49,945 to spead the Good News to all, even those that do not believe.

Thanks alot Steve for that information.
