That same ordinance was upheld there too. You couldn't stand on a platform or ladder You had to be on the ground. Rather dumb law. Laughable and sad at the same time. I didn't know about the stool ordinance... but come to think of it, I seem to remember running into that some time in the past. I think I remember some guys actually getting down on all fours and allowing Ray to stand up on their backs to preach. I guess there's no ordinance against that ... yet. Totally awesome!!!
